Introduction: Years ago a low back injury brought me to yoga, after many years of practice, trainings and self exploring I've been able to learn and understand how yoga can speed up recovery and improve anyone's life in many different ways.
I come from a competitive sports background and I understand how it feels to not feel flexible, I can addapt a yoga practice to any body type.
I do have extensive knolwdge in prenatal and postpartum yoga, yoga with baby, toddler and kids but I can offer a healing and mindful practice for any stage in life.
I love to see the shift in people's bodies and minds, it's very inspiring to offer the gift of yoga to different people no mater what age or condition they may have.
