Great service and communication from Axcel Pools. I get a heads up weekly when Eric is en route, as well as any issues he finds while servicing the pool. When a problem does arise several options are discussed, never feels like he is trying to upsell anything. Service is awesome and he is great with my dog. Highly recommend Axcel Pools for all your pool and spa needs.

Axcel Pools has been taking care of our pool for couple years , and the difference has been amazing. The water is consistently clear, the equipment runs smoothly, and the pool is always ready for our family to use.
Eric the owner, is always on time, communicates what was done after each visit, and makes sure the area is left clean. The pricing is fair for the level of service, and there are no surprise charges or unnecessary chemical add‑ons.

Eric has been cleaning my pool for many years. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He does a great job every time he comes out. He helps me with things I don't know about the pool.He keeps me up to date on any issue that arise. I highly recommend him for weekly pool service. Also,he's very knowledgeable!!
