Christopher did a phone estimate after dinner on the day I called and his team completed the work 3 days later. He stuck by his original estimate range which was appreciated, despite the hours taking a bit longer. He also promptly came out to help get the system working properly a couple days later after we struggled to get it set up.

After a recent surgery and still very much in recovery mode, I reached out to Christopher for assistance with setting up our new Internet modem/router. Christopher got back to us almost immediately and called on the phone to discuss our need’s. Christopher was quite thoughtful throughout our conversation and sent out one of his reps the very next day on a Saturday Our IT rep name was Justin and he was very nice and quite knowledgeable. My husband and I are in Customer Service and probably talked Justin‘s ear off, but we all enjoyed the friendly conversation while he continued to work to get us up and running. Christopher came out to our home within one day of service request and relocated our cable outlet, rerouted our cable wiring, and removed all the old wiring. The work was done efficiently and cleanly and was what we requested be done. We plan to use Christopher/Virtual AV for future wiring and system needs.
