Lance was able to fit me into his schedule pretty quickly. He put up our permanent lights around the house. He was quick, professional, and the job was neatly done. The kids and I have been enjoying our lights ever since. I’d recommend using Lance and I will use him for other projects in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for most small I charge 65$ with a 2 hr min. job that pay the hour and are 4 hr or I reduce my price down to 30$ avoid over charge. I will sometime add lead fee or travel fee of 30$ depending where the job is. on top of my rates

I m there to do a job, new or old customers get the best I can offer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the construction fields, I started young with 2 year of or pre-apprenticeship followed by 4 year as a apprentice and then master in the wood work fields . I hand on self teaching and in other fields
