My name is Rachel Ward, and I am the owner and operator of Certified Inspections. I have been in this business for 8 years and previously worked with my father in his companies until he passed away.
I provide mold testing, including air quality testing and mold remediation. If after my remediation, the air clearance test does not pass federal air quality standards, I will continue to work for free until it does. I guarantee satisfaction.
I also provide property inspections, including HUD, FHA, USDA, and DAP. I do work for several government programs and am always up to date on recalls and safety issues. I also have a lead certificate, asbestos certificate and methamphetamine certificate and am trained to look for these items.
I do offer multiple property discounts, so don't forget to ask. I do not have an hourly rate, so please ask for a quote.
