- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm upfront about pricing before starting any work. Once we agree on the scope, that's the price-no hidden fees or surprise charges. If anything additional comes up, I talk it through first so you can decide how you want to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what's going on and asking a few questions. If needed, I'll take a look to confirm the issue, then explain the options and price before starting. I make sure everything is working properly and to up to code before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained my training through hands-on field experience working one-on-one with plumbers who had over 25 yrs of experience. I also worked alongside code enforcement on certain projects, which helped sharpen my understanding of proper installation practices and code compliance in real-world situations.
