Understanding the customer needs and urgency is paramount. I will let the customer know all services we offer and most likely offer them a new customer advantage package( discount) on desired or required service!

20 years experience in Computer Repairs and sales, desktop support and data recovery. Have thought IT and computer basics to many people throughout my travels and interactions. I am Self thought in many aspects and invested lots of money in training over the years.
