- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many clients have only some basic issues they'd like help with while others need serious training. Whatever the issue, Robert can help you gain a better understanding of your dog and give you the tools to solve it. All training is geared to your dog. We use a simple, humane approach to training that is easy to use and fair to your dog. All training is done at your home or at the park. We do not believe in taking your dog away from you to train.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a trainer always remember that this person will be responsible for the well being of your precious dog. You should ask lot's of questions and research the person before you hire them. A good referral from your veterinarian or groomer is a good place to start. Don't hire someone who you don't know!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Communicating with dogs and solving problems is a basic skill that anyone can learn. It takes an open mind and a desire to develop a relationship. Too many trainers complicate the training and don't focus on the relationship. When you train with Robert, you'll learn the skills to have a happy life with your dog.
