FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote starts with a walkthrough. We come to you, walk the space together, and build your clean around our 99-point checklist, room by room, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets assumed. You get your price in person, based on what we actually saw, and the price we settle on together is the price you pay. That same checklist goes straight into our cleaners' hands, so the crew works from exactly what you and we agreed on. And before we leave, we walk the space one more time together, checklist in hand, so you see every point completed. Clear quote, clean work, checked out and verified.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a walkthrough. We come to your home or business, and you show us the space on your terms. As we walk, we build your clean using our 99-point checklist, room by room, noting exactly what matters to you and anything that needs special care. You get your quote in person, right there, based on what we actually saw together, and the price we agree on is the price. From there, our team arrives with that same checklist in hand, so the crew is working from exactly what you and we discussed, down to the last point. When the work is done, we walk the space together one final time, checklist in hand, and you sign off before we leave. You never have to wonder what you're getting, because you watched it get written down, and you verify it got done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Clean Up Staffing team member is trained from our own procedures binder, a written, step-by-step guide covering how to protect every surface we touch. Which products are safe on which finishes, how to handle stone, hardwood, stainless, glass, and delicate materials, how to lift and replace items instead of sliding them, what never gets sprayed directly, and how to work in a space without leaving a mark on anything but the dirt. Our crews don't guess and they don't improvise, they follow procedures that were built, written, and tested before they ever walked into your home. It's the same discipline that kept us trusted in million-dollar venues, applied to your kitchen counter. And it starts working for you at the walkthrough. As we build your 99-point checklist, we're also noting your surfaces, your marble, your hardwood, your fixtures, so by the time our crew arrives, the checklist in their hands tells them not just what to clean, but exactly which product our procedures call for on each surface. Nothing in your home is ever an experiment.
