I fell in love with Sound Healing after my home burned down in the Woolsey Fire of 2018. Nothing had helped me to deal with that trauma more than Sound Healing and Meditation. I love to share my passion and gifts with other living beings. I can modify each session for exactly what you would prefer. I always like to bring some of my crystals, flowers, sage, furry rugs, and all of my instruments. Will travel up to 2.5hrs for sessions $500 & over 😇
My metaphysical journey began in college when I first fell in love with Hot Yoga during a stressful roommate situation. I loved it so much that I then became a Certified Hot Yoga Instructor, which I have been teaching for 4yrs now. I am also
certified in Yin Yoga (also known as restorative yoga), Yoga Sculpt (with weights) , and classic Vinyasa/Power Yoga. I am also deeply passionate about yoga because it goes beyond the scope of physical exercise and transcends into mental growth and development. My practice has given me the tools to positively change my life. My favorite modalities of healing are yoga, meditation, breath, and sound. I love to incorporate all of these elements into my classes, but I can also modify the class to the exact modalities and corresponding time-frame you would like.
