- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. The most important is to get a job done right and not rely on the handyman with no experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform the customer of all steps they need to take. If we bid a job we can finish it in a timely manner. We have manpower and equipment available, we wont leave a customer hanging. A limited budget or slow response from the insurance company may slow down a project. We try get the job done quickly so a flooded home or building can get back to normal asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With background in construction trades and hazardous material removal and engineering, studied environmental engineering at UCLA we constantly read trade literature and attend seminars and trade events to be in the forefront of environmental development and knowledge. Very few offer state of the art cleanup procedures and equipment.
