- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a wide range of rates - either by room / category, bundling of categories. I will work with you on budget and if I can, will offer a 20% discount when bundling several categories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation, Tracy dips into discovering what your current situation is and what you want to evolve to. By listening and understanding your attachment to material things and your organizing rituals today she helps to uncover needs vs. wants. The main goal is to get to “a place for everything and everything in its place” - this easy mantra drives the solutions.
