Laura is a licensed real estate agent and I hired her to lease my rental property in Ventura after my previous tenants put in their move-out notice.
Laura is professional, courteous, effective and efficient in taking care of the job and going beyond expectations.
She handled various aspects of the work:
- communication with the previous tenants
- move-out inspections
- repairs and cleaning work
- photography
- showings
- tenant selection
- lease agreement
- coordinated move-in, invoices, security deposit and rent collection
Not only was I able to find quality tenants for my property after all the repairs and cleaning work were done, but all of the work was done in less than a month (3 weeks) and the new tenants moved in a week before we expected the property to be leased.
If you have a rental property in the area (Ventura), I would recommend you hire her for leasing or propertymanagement services.
