I'm originally from small town New England where I started working in restaurants as soon as I was legally allowed. The coast of Maine, and rural Vermont taught me everything I know about truly successful cuisine; where "farm to table" isn't a trend, but a lifestyle. The best restaurants offered a daily menu showcasing what was harvested from the garden, or foraged in the woods that day. My "brand" is to take that concept, my love for all styles of food, and a background in nutrition, and to offer you custom dining experience that feeds your soul and your body.
