Great florist, highly recommend! I really enjoyed working with Kelly. She's very professional and usually responds promptly to messages. Although I never met her on the day of the wedding, due to wedding chaos, she was a pleasure to work with. Everything was exactly as discussed and the floral arch she made for us was the perfect center point of our small, rustic backyard wedding. Everyone loved the arch. I could not be more grateful for Kelly and Bella B Events. After months of heartbreaking decisions and general ~covid bride~ anxiety, I decided I wanted to figure out my florals situation since it was very important to me to have florals. I found Bella B almost immediately and pretty much immediately knew I wanted to work with Kelly. Communicating with her was always easy and open. I could shoot her a simple text with an idea and she would bring it to life. I had a very small budget and Kelly worked really hard to make it work for me, even throwing in a couple vase rentals for free. It meant so much to me to meet her and finally feel like an aspect of my wedding was going my way. She was truly like an angel during this experience. I felt she was an ally to me in a situation where a lot of people were telling me what or what not to do, and I had to give up so much of what I had dreamed of for my wedding. Kelly listened and brought my vision to life. My wedding was absolutely gorgeous and all 20 of my guests were impressed and "in awe" over the flowers. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to any of my friends. The actual floral arrangements were stunning. Her attention to detail and color coordination really impressed me. Don’t look any farther! you have found the best Wedding Coordinator/Planner... Kelly at BellaB Once we knew that Covid was not going to improve enough for us to keep the wedding at a hotel in Laguna Beach, we had to accept some hard realities which included a much smaller wedding and one that would be at our house. What we feared the most was a Back Yard BBQ type feel wedding. We needed a professional. With 3 months to go, we started to interview three wedding coordinators that we found online. Right away, Kelly stood out with her professionalism, warm/friendly demeanor and impressive social media photos of past weddings/events. What was the deciding factor was how she approached our wedding vision. She asked if we wanted her to execute our vision only, or if we wanted her input. We are so glad she did not execute our vision, it would have looked like a Jr. High School Dance!! Once she shared her ideas for our wedding- we knew Kelly was the right choice and hired her quickly. Throughout the entire process and through every decision, large or small - she kept us on track, focused and not once did we feel overwhelmed, even as we had to navigate limitations due to Covid. Kelly proficiently managed everything from the Chef, Servers, DJ, Furniture Rental Company, Bartender and Cleaning Service. Considering the event had a lot of moving parts and with only 3 months to execute, Kelly handled it with ease. Reflecting back to that day, Kelly absolutely delivered. She transformed an average back yard into something out of the pages of a magazine. I didn’t feel like we were at home, but rather at some high-scale, must-attend lounge in some far away place. It presented very masculine, glamorous and rich, yet not over the top or pretentious. The food was amazing, the bartender kept everyone happy, the music was exactly what we wanted. The evening flowed perfectly, which had a lot to do with Kelly. If there was a problem or last minute trip to the store, we were not aware of it, which we appreciated. Kelly really listened when we said that the most important thing for us; was to be fully immersed in the moment with our family and friends. We could not be any more happier with Kelly at BellaB. I cannot thank Kelly and her team enough. Our wedding day went so smoothly without a single hiccup, and I can honestly say it is all thanks to Bella B. It's been a few weeks since our wedding, and a lot of our guests keep talking about our wedding day was so organized, and how smoothly everything went. We originally weren’t sure if we would get a coordinador, but getting Bella B was honestly THE BEST decision we made during our wedding planning.
