I went in for a free consultation regarding an IRS lien/levy and she was very honest, straightforward, and friendly. I haven't had the best experience with other tax attorneys and was worried she would be difficult to get a hold of, but she was the complete opposite. She has always answered all of my calls and questions, even really late at night!

This was one of the best lawyer experiences I've ever had! I was freaking out about my taxes and dealing with the IRS, actually not so much dealing. Was so confused. I tried talking to a few other lawyers, but they didn't seem like they really cared about my situation. Narges was amazing!! She listened to me and really took the time to understand what was going on. I felt so comforted and understood. Mind you, I was freaking out! Stress case! So it was really nice to have a kind person at the other end. And she delivered too!! Did all of the communicating and saved me one fees/penalties as well as what I owed. All in all, such a wonderful experience and I learned a lot also, which was such a bonus!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee retainer and NOT on an hourly basis, therefore you will not have to worry about getting billed for every email, phone call, or minute I take to work on your case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Services commence with an introductory phone call to get a better understanding of the details surrounding your tax issue, whether it's with the IRS, state taxing agencies, or local taxing authority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and I also possess a Juris Doctorate degree in law. I have practiced law since 2013 and am in good standing with the California Bar.
