Joe Ward and his crew painted the whole exterior of my house. The job included lots of prep and repair work which was all expertly done. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful. When finished, my property was cleaned up and everything put away. My house looks like new! I highly recommend Ward Construction. Thank you Joe!

To whom it may concern, I was searching for a good carpenter, to install Crown Molding in my entire Home. I got Joe Ward's Name and number, from a friend. He was highly rec-amended by some people who my friend knew. I think you get a pretty good idea of how someone is from word of mouth. His recommendations came very highly. Joe has done my molding, and other jobs around my house. He is now painting the interior of my house. On all occasions he has done excellent work. I highly recommend Joe and his crew! I am very happy with his work.

Joe and his crew did a really good job on our projects, siding, painting our house and installing a fence. He worked with us really well, on all phases, even when I changed my mind about my paint color half way thru the job. Professional, courteous, got the jobs done in a very short amount of time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start new projects by having a phone call with my new customers to learn a little bit more about their projects. After the call, we schedule an onsite visit with the goal of understanding the customer's budget and scope of project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience and I'm a licensed General Contractor. I went through a formal apprenticeship program for Carpentry, I'm a Journeyman Floor Installer, and a professional Remodeler.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To have the most productive conversation possible, it's great if customers have thought through their remodel project prior to talking. Have you picked out any of your tiles, finishes, or appliances? Having some details in mind before our first discussion will help me better understand your remodeling needs.
