- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable depending on distance & expectation of event & services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer I always ask if there are other bartenders or event staff helping. How many guests., start & expected end time of event. New clients are expected to pay a 2 hour deposit payment upfront & the rest after the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training consist of California Safe Serve Alcohol training so I know when someone is too intoxicated to keep serving. On the job Banquet serving & cocktail service & bottle service.
