In addition to being a classically-trained chef, I’m an experienced registered dietitian-nutritionist and I taught cooking classes at The Institute of Culinary Education for over 15 years. I (and two of my best friends!) just took a vegan cooking lesson with Chef Jackie! We had a blast, learned so much great culinary technique (inc. how to cut my veggies properly), and successfully made a delicious and filling meal. One of my new favorite things is her Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies (try them frozen)! Amazing!

I'm also a registered dietitian-nutritionist (RDN) and certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN) in New York, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University. I continually seek out national and international continuing education opportunities.
