Anyone who know me knows how much I’m in love with my dog. I’m the proud owner of a 6 year-old Australian Shepherd. We rescued him right before his first birthday, trauma and all. He has always been reactive towards strangers, my coddling didn’t help the situation. Once I found out I was pregnant, I knew training was imperative for my growing family. Enter Nate. I have always felt defensive in regards to my dog, Nate never made me feel like I had done something wrong. He assured me that Oliver felt my love but needed further direction and leadership. He trained my dog (mainly my husband and I) how to behave appropriately. With dedication and patience I am so proud to say that we have a new dog. A dog that I feel safe having around my baby. Nate was truly the best investment thus far. He remains in regular contact, providing insight and advice along our journey. My 16 month old baby boy loves my dog, and he loves him. I couldn’t be more grateful.

You must hire Nate--working with him will make you realize 99.9% of "dog trainers" and widespread dog rearing info is nonsense and actually counterproductive. He won't just train your dog to do "tricks". In fact, he'll do very little dog training. Nate is in the business of training PEOPLE to raise confident, well-balanced, and respectful dogs. Don't be mistaken--your dog will come out of his program a much happier and obedient dog. But that's just a BIG PLUS. Most importantly, YOU will come out of the program a better dog guardian with the best tools and skills to maintain a mutually respectful and joyful relationship with your pupper. HIRE NATE. (I did many many months of research on dog training methods and philosophies before I finally hired Nate--trust me, neither you or your dog will regret it)

I can not say enough about how highly I recommend working with Nate. I have worked For short periods with numerous trainers over the years to help with specific challenges and have been unsuccessful. Some of the behaviors I was told were unfixable and that my dog would just have to live a restricted life in ways as a result. It turns out thats not the case and I wouldn’t have gotten to see that if it weren’t for working with Nate. Nate truly cares about his clients getting great results and he clearly LOVES dogs and wants them to live their best lives. Nate didn’t train my dog, he trained me to train my dog and I am genuinely in disbelief at how successful the techniques Nate has taught me have been. Over the last few weeks since completing my package with Nate I am astounded and so happy to see that we have actually in many ways surpassed our original goals. Nate is gifted trainer (also a really good person and hilarious) who really knows his stuff and throughout our training he was so available, consistent and committed to successful completion of our training goals. Both my pup and I are so much happier as a result of working with him and I’m super grateful.
