Need to get the HVAC intake and air ducts cleaned in a new home we were about to move into. Reached out to Dmitri for a quote and he responded quickly. Had to reschedule once because of contractors, but he was professional and followed up. Day of visit he was on time and got to work right away. Two hours later we had clean air ducts and Dmitri also looked at the HVAC filter and advised me to get it replaced. He thoroughly cleaned out the main intake which was filthy from years of the prior owner's dogs and cats. Now we can rest easier knowing the ducts and intake our cleaned. He also sanitized the HVAC unit itself. Very satisfied and recommended!

It's been about 2 weeks since Dmitrii came to clear my dryer vents. I wish I had called him years ago. It used to take me several cycles to dry my clothes. If I mixed heavy bath towels with light swim towels, forget it! I would be nursing my dryer all night. My dryer is about 7 years old, so it should still dry properly, right? The Check Vent light kept coming on, so my husband suggested he call a vent cleaner. That was a year ago. In the meantime, I purchased vacuum attachments and lint trap brushes from Amazon. I opened up my dryer and got tons of lint out, but my dryer still wasn't drying properly, and my hubs still hadn't called anyone. I finally put in a request through Thumbtack. Dmitrii reached out to me, and we scheduled an assessment. Dmitrii cleared out my vents, and NOW MY DRYER ACTUALLY DRIES!!! One cycle and done! I love it. I should have done this months ago. I'm great about separating my clothes, but I have even put my dryer to the test. Jeans, t-shirts, and bath towels together--still dry at the end of the cycle. With 5 people in my household (including 2 small kids), we are doing laundry all the time. I used to have to space out my laundry to account for drying time. Not anymore. The Check Vent light still comes on, not sure why, but the clothes dry fine. BTW, Dmitrii also gave a complimentary assessment of my AC air vents to see if they needed cleaning. He checked and said I didn't need service at this time. When I do, I'll certainly be calling Dmitrii.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually i do inspection to figuer out what has to be cleaned, do the photos to show what is going on inside the ducts, furnace, coil and aksing the client what as a result they want to get. Based on previous information i do recommendation what they need and what i can do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Indoor Air Quality Training by PRAXIS|sS-10 (college for contractors)
