Introduction: We are interior architects. Meaning we are a perfect fit for projects that concentrate on the interior architecture of your home. A small remodel that architects may shy away from are exactly what we specialize in! Many times clients want to knock down a wall or two so that they can have an open concept home. We do all interior architecture plans for permits as well as bringing in our team; Engineer, and Contractor etc.
We will lay out all existing or future furniture pieces. We will assist the client in selecting plumbing fixtures and finishes. Most always a contractor will come after we have created your plans. For bigger projects such as new construction, or full remodels we can work with your architect as a team and custom design all your interiors. We give great attention to interior details. Most times the architect will not typically address in depth all of your custom needs, but we do!
We also love the a small project where we turn an existing room into a new master closet or larger master bathroom. We project manage as well, taking the stress of construction away from our clients.
When it comes to decor, we are interior design trained. We are creative and are happy and willing to work with your existing pieces as well as shop for new, or design custom items that will fit with your new design. We offer a full-service concierge experience which means we order all items needed for your project.
I love creating a space that is all about the client. When you walk into their home, it doesn't say " So and So designed this" it says, of course this space is amazing and so you! I listen to people and when they let me do my job and trust the process, I bring them the very best of what their space will be.
