- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chloe's lessons are tailored to the student's schedule, the number of classes they wish to take, and their specific learning goals. Depending on these factors, a slight discount may be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning lessons, Chloe offers a free 10-minute consultation. This allows prospective students to understand Chloe’s teaching style and determine if it aligns with their learning preferences. During the consultation, Chloe assesses the student’s current Korean proficiency, learning objectives, and preferred study methods to create an effective and personalized teaching plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chloe holds a degree in education from a teacher’s university in Korea and a Master’s degree in English Education from Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Education. She has extensive experience teaching English in both public and private middle and high schools in Korea. Additionally, she has been offering personalized Korean tutoring online for many years to non-Koreans who come to Korea for study or work.
