- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to listen to what the customer is asking and this is achieved by asking what exactly the customer likes and dislikes. I ask the client to send through ideas/links of other website styles they are fond of. I also find my own references of award-winning websites to inspire direction. I have front end developer skills so I am able to build early designs in order for the customers to view what their site will look like on a device.
