Introduction: Renee C (fully vaccinated ) Personal trainer, My personal training style focuses on functional training and a full body workout. Cardio intervals can be included for extra Calorie burn. I have equipment I can bring to you and/or I can train you at your apartment gym. An outdoor workout is also fun! Sessions are 50 minutes. I know how to work with clients who believe they are too inflexible for Yoga. Yoga is for everyone! I also work with advanced students. I focus on strength and balance and proper alignment. Class is 1 hour. Reiki, I am a Reiki Master and I’ve been practicing for about five years. I focus on releasing emotional and physical pain. Clearing energetic blocks helps us live a happier life, free of anxiety, resentment and the past. My job as a fitness trainer... I offer an injury free workout focusing on alignment and posture. I have a lot of experience working with clients who are injured, or someone who have never exercised in their life. I love meeting new people and helping them find that mind-body connection that changes your life! When you help someone become stronger and healthier you know you are contributing to a better world.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $70 for a 50 minute session. If you buy a pack of 4 or more, My price is $65 per session. If you buy a pack of eight or more the price is $60 per session. Add $10 per session for Reformer apparatus and $10 extra per session to add an extra person. If there are more than two people, add $5 extra per person.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I speak with them about what their goals are and if they have injuries, then we figure out a schedule for the first session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained as a contemporary dancer in college and then was a certified personal trainer. I was certified in Pilates and Yoga A few years later. I became interested in Reiki An energy work about 10 years ago and I am now a Reiki master and I teach kundalini yoga using mantra and breath work.
