Caleb and Monterey Coastal Plumbing were outstanding from start to finish. I noticed a water leak at about 5:30 PM and messaged Thumbtack. MCP responded within minutes and assured me they would have someone out first thing in the morning. Caleb was on-time, friendly and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He assessed the situation, disassembled the faulty unit, and took it with him to be sure he returned with the right parts. Upon his return, Caleb reassembled everything. We turned the water back on, and Caleb stayed to make sure everything was working and leak free. Caleb and Monterey Coastal have my business and my loyalty. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs. In a situation that is usually incredibly stressful, Caleb and MCP provided total peace of mind, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
