- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We simply charge by the volume. The only added fees are for mattresses and tires. We simply pass along fees that are charged by the company we use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our corporate office has training sessions available for our employees.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always wanted to have a business of my own. I found Junk King and thought it was a service that there was demand for and everyone has junk, just need to let them know we are there to help.
