- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects generally start around $1,500 for a focused website and go up to $15,000+ for custom web or mobile apps. Every project is scoped individually because no two are the same. We always start with a paid strategy session ($250, takes about an hour) where we map out your project, identify the right approach, and give you a clear scope document. That $250 credits toward the build if you move forward, and you keep the scope document either way. No hidden fees, no hourly billing surprises. We quote a fixed price for a defined scope before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick intro call (free, 10-15 min) to make sure we're a good fit 2. Paid strategy session ($250) where we dig into your project, define requirements, and outline the build plan 3. You receive a scope document with timeline and fixed price 4. If you move forward, we build in phases with regular check-ins so you see progress throughout 5. Launch, testing, and a 30-day support window after delivery The whole process from first call to launch typically runs 3-8 weeks depending on complexity.
