- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that the contractor pays for the leads and they will receive more than one contractor per lead. The contractor tries to win the project but the company can collect the fee 2 to 3 times. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the customer comfortable and answer all questions. It doesn’t matter if the customer. Is very knowledgeable or has a little knowledge, I will do my best to explain in detail. I am also comfortable with working with customers that like to watch that does not bother me.
