I have been a client of Kenyon Austen Design since 1987. Over the years I have used several of their services including, window treatments, they've made custom pillows and cushions, room make overs, had furniture refinished, clothing alterations as well as custom special occassion clothing made. The work is professional and the value is incredible. They are my "go to" company whenever I need anything and I highly recommend them.

Ask questions about how extensive their experience is and have they ever done a job close to what you are looking for? Ask if they have a portfolio of work? Ask if they have a referral list from satisfied clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That first, I have integrity, I pay attention to the wishes and wants of my clients and that I am flexible in accomplishing what needs to be done for the desired affect.
