Very responsive and punctual . The products are amazing . Our marble island was damaged and they restored it with great craftsmanship . The granite countertops are sealed so perfectly and we can see that water beads and there are no more marks left after wiping them .

Phillip was very knowledgeable of the products he was using and explained the entire process to us. Very patient and answered all our questions. I wanted to wait and see how their product would hold before writing a review and so far so good. The water still beads up unlike the other sealers I've purchased (granite gold) did not work at all. So yes I definitely would recommend them again and the pricing is extremely fair unlike the other quotes I received was way high and offered a few years versus Brauners' they offered lifetime seal and a warranty came with my purchase. Very happy with my granite now that it permanently sealed! No more worries!

They arrived early, which was fine. They did a great job of cleaning the tile in my kitchen and bathroom, and replacing the caulking around the tub. I am very happy with the work and would hire again!

Jason did an amazing job with cleaning the grout in my kitchen as well as cleaning the glass/touching up our shower. Our shower glass door had so much water stains that Jason spent hours cleaning it. He made sure to come back another day to finish the job. He was dedicated to helping us with our needs. He understood that we had a timeline due to us selling our home and we needed to take professional pictures to post for sale. He was friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our current pricing
Countertops and backsplash is $9 per square foot. This includes a lifetime warranty.
Shower walls are $5 per square foot. This includes a five year warranty.
Glass shower enclosures are $6 per square foot This includes a five year warranty. Extensive cleaning and restoration is an additional $45 hr
Flooring is $3.00 per square foot. This includes a 10 year warranty.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if heavily soiled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer at their home. I have them show me what they are looking to have worked on. I explain the process and often educate the customer on why they’re having a problem and how to prevent future problems. I then measure the square footage and write up an estimate. If they agree then we either get to work immediately or schedule a convenient time that works better for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t believe any formal education can prepare you for this type of work. I have many years of experience cleaning and working on houses. Granite Shield has taught me a tremendous amount about natural stone. I do continuous research about different types of natural stone as well as other products on the market. After 18 years of hands on experience I still learn new things all the time. You really have to know what you’re doing. We have come up against really difficult situations before and had to consult other experts to solve problems. This is where you really learn something valuable. You can’t put a price on experience.
