Introduction: I have been out of the house cleaning game for a couple years and gave it up due to a couple of bad experiences. I have recently moved and realized I would like to get back into cleaning and organizing. Im young, energetic, and always ready to tackle the task at hand. I am very organized and enjoy keeping things tidy. I enjoy all the new people i get to meet and work with. I enjoy helping people do tasks they cant or dont have time for. I just really enjoy helping people.

I went with Shelby after she quoted me for a "deep clean". Thought this was a great deal, however, This was probably the worst worst worst cleaning I've ever had. There was dust and dirt still left in the corners after she vacuumed. She didn't vaccume or sweep downstairs, she just used a swifter which didn't pick up or clean anything. After an hour she said she was done, and I was shocked because she forgot to sweep stairs and clean the bathroom floor or even bathtub, and all the floors were still dirty. I showed her dust under a table, and she tells me she usually doesn't clean under furniture. I'm not sure what her definition of "deep" clean is, but this wasn't even clean. I ask her to please redo the bathroom floors & sweep the starirs, which she did, but left the dust on the side of the stairs. When I asked her if she could redo the floor, she said she would but is seems irritated about it. Upon further discussion, she became agitated and began murmuring under her breath and proceeded to leave the house as she slammed the door. I went outside to check on her and she was on the phone crying, I then told her to just take the money and she could go. I needed to clean the house and didn't have time to deal with this. I then spent the remainder of the day cleaning the house after she "cleaned" the house. She is a sweet girl, but I would not recommend her ever. Sorry.

In response I would request that you check my other reviews, as I have never refused to do things asked of me. I wasn't even paid the agreed on amount and had to wait 3 days to get what I did get. I was willing to do the things she asked I just couldn't understand how she expected me to get the floors any cleaner with 5 people plus myself walking around in the house as I was cleaning. I did use a Swiffer as she did not tell me ahead of time that her floors were mostly hardwood. As far as not finishing she told me to leave, I was actually there 4 hours. I redid her bathroom floors several times and was willing to stay when she told me to leave. As for slamming the door the wind caught it and pulled it out of my hand as I went out to get more supplies to begin to attempt to please her. I have actual people that I clean for on a recurring basis that you can speak with if you would like. I will be happy to provide the information just ask. Again I ask that you consider all reviews and not just this one.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I clean just about anything. Any room in your home, even the garage if you so wish. I am very experienced in your day to day cleaning. Including dusting, moping, vacuuming, window cleaning, scrubbing sinks and counters, shower and bathtub cleaning, dishes, laundry, and probably anything else you can think of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advice that you clarify all your cleaning needs. I advice that you be specific with everything you want cleaned and varify what is most important to you. For example if you are very particular about a certain part of your home being more cleaned and detailed than others make sure you clarify that. If you aren't happy with something don't be afraid to tell your cleaner and give them the opportunity to fix the problem.
