We initially hired Noe to replace thermostat only. Noe was very responsive and accommodating to our schedules. He did a great job replacing and setting the home thermostat He also inspected our aged air cond unit and made some repairs and maintenance for a very reasonable fee for his services. I’ll definitely hire Noe again.

Noe was able to come out the very next day on a Sunday morning to fix my AC. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond to make sure the rest of the system was functioning efficiently. He even gave me some tips and tricks on how to do things myself. If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful AC repair man. Look no further, Noe is your guy!

I chose Good Faith, a smaller company seeking greater customer appreciation and quality of work. The Good Faith owner/technician Noe was professional yet personable. I believe he went the extra mile to deliver quality service at a reasonable cost. He was punctual and communicative. His commitment to providing good customer service saved me from having to replace an AC coil unit with a rusted and leaking pan. He had a pan custom made by someone which saved me a lot of money and he helped to make sure I had AC with portable units while he was doing my repairs. Thank you!
