I can tell you I was very impressed with this process. The owner was fantastic communicator and really gave excellent value for the work completed. The crew was professional and did excellent work and even hauled away the trash at the en of the project. I would higly recommend this team for any of your solar or battery needs!

Absolutely love these folks! We had previously met with several other companies and something in my gut told me not to move forward with them. When we met with these folks, we knew immediately, without question, that we were in the right hands. They were extremely knowledgeable, absolutely lovely and HONEST! In fact, they found a way to save us thousands of dollars by helping us repair our existing panels while adding new panels. All of the previous folks we had met with were not willing or able to fix our existing panels. We are certain we are making the right decision, and feel truly blessed to have found them!! I had a leak in my roof under my solarinstallation. The team cam out, pulled a couple panels and found a tile had slipped and birds had taken up residence. They went the extra mile mile and went into the attic and plugged the holes for my original installation. It was a roof leak but calling in a Solar profession for this one was the right thing to do. SolarGoingUp is the best company if you need services for your solarpanels! I have been a victim of Petersen Dean’s bankrupcy and can’t even contact anybody to check why it has stopped working for several months now. I contacted SolarGoing Up and never had a single regret. At first John was trying to walk me through over the phone for free, but solar still won’t work. Connor came and managed to see the problem with the inverter. Made the call to Solar Edge, ordered the part and installed! He is very good, efficient and made so much effort just to help us! He even came back to check if all the panels we’re working. Over all, we are very satisfied with their job and will refer to friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and veteran discounts. As well as discounts for police and firemen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to customise solutions for each customer depending on their exact needs- for this it works best if customers can provide us with a copy of their utility bill to start with. We like to listen to our customers concerns and their future plans for development on their home. After reviewing this information we will design a system which fits the requirements and that is within our customers budget. We can help with financing options, and will secure any necessary permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed with the California State License board.
