- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for new customers is designed to be simple and stress-freee. First we start with a consultation, either in person or over the phone, to discuss your vision and the areas that you want decorated. We then provide a custom quote based on the project size and details. Once you approve, we schedule an installation date that work best for you. On the day of installation, our team arrives fully prepared to handle everything from setup to testing, ensuring all ligths are woking perfectly. After the holidays, we also offer take-down services to make the process as easy as possible for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seven years of hands-on experience installing Christmas lights and outdoor lighting. During this time, I’ve gained extensive training in safe ladder use, electrical connections, proper installation techniques, and weather-resistant setup. I am experienced in planning layouts, creating balanced designs, and ensuring that all installations comply with safety standards.
