FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The first thing the customer needs to do is be clear about the objectives in hiring an attorney. This includes the scope of work, the expected results, the budget and timeline. An attorney should be able to provide a range of options for dealing with any potential issue, and provide you a set of choices with the cost/benefit analysis of each built in. There naturally are variables, but these should be clearly identified so that you can make an informed decision. Do not accept any answers that are overly vague or where the expected results are not clear. Attorneys do not necessarily have all answers available on the spot, but after doing some research should be able to give clear guidance.
