Introduction: Having been a yoga instructor for the past ten years, I bring a rich understanding of the body-mind connection as well as life experience and personal understanding to my work with individuals, couples, and families. I am committed to providing a safe and hope-filled space for my clients to explore their experiences and move toward healing and transformation. Formally trained as a family systems therapist, I offer an eclectic approach to my clients by using a foundation of client centered theory with a humanistic and existential flavor, and have extensive cognitive and behavioral techniques to use as needed. This approach is topped with a specialization in creative expression and extensive meditation and mindfulness-based stress reduction trainings. I have a deep love for supporting others on their path towards wholeness. I enjoy developing a deep relationship with my clients so that they feel safe to explore their inner realms. It is my goal to support others in their personal exploration, growth and healing through therapeutic counseling and yoga & meditation.
