5 Stars! Husband's 70th birthday party for 20 people, on our pool/patio. People raved about the buffet dinner, including a tri-tip carving station that we all agreed was the best we have ever eaten. Appetizer table was beautifully arranged and plentiful. Sarah's team was amazing...professional but so easy to work with. Kitchen was left spotless, with left-over food offered and packaged for us. Please don't hesitate to call Ambassador for a quote...you will be delighted with the value, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Sarah catered a rehearsal dinner for our son in Sierra Madre. She was easy to work with and very professional. I was planning long distance; so, when I arrived, I found the tables were smaller than I had expected. I was concerned we'd be short on linens, but Sarah had planned for extras. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of cuisines and options to choose from. Many of our menus come from authentic recipes created by our chefs from many ethnic backgrounds. We source quality foods from our suppliers and present them beautifully on our buffets or on an individual platted meal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have an agreed upon menu and price, we collect a deposit and your event is booked. Easy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began apprenticing for my father at age 15 in our commercial kitchen and event center in Claremont, CA. I learned the art of garnishing, cooking techniques, and baking and decorating wedding cakes. I became an event supervisor at age 18 and took over sales and marketing at age 20. When my aging parents retired I was well equipped to take over the family business and have been honored to carry on the quality and professionalism they were well known for with Ambassador Catering.
