FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike other servicemen I do not have a $85-90 some odd charge just to show up whether work gets done or not. I love to underbid my competitors but at the same time do realize if I'm being taken advantage of. Parts are always paid for by the customer, in some cases I can get a discount to the customer, however it is ideal when the customer has either all or most the components and or parts. Each job is different and also negotiable when it comes to the total cost. I never price gouge and find my skills and prices to be fair and also competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer I always let them describe to me exactly what it is that they need or want to be done. I try to give the customer exactly what they want unless the application or installation just will not work. Lastly, I am very honest and realize that my finished result of whatever I do for the customer is a direct reflection of myself and my company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my experience comes from actual hands on experience which is the best way to learn in my opinion. In other words I would not take on a job that I thought needed a small crew to complete in a timely manner. I am a 34 year old Father of two boys. I have worked in the low-voltage electronics area for over ten years.(DirecTV & Dish Network.) Furthermore I'm confident in almost all plumbing fixtures, repairs, and or upgrades. What's more is by working hand in hand with general contractors since I was very young, I am well versed in general construction, plumbing, electrical, light concrete (no trucks), as well as tiling depending on the sq. footage. Great at quick repairs and honest about my price which usually is more than fair. Home stereo installation is also an area I have years of experience at. I specialize in the mounting of televisions and wiring the electrical and cables so that they are not exposed and are hidden inside the wall. Ive worked in all areas of construction; plumbing, electrical, demolition, finish appliance installations, concrete, masonry, gas applications, and light carpentry.
