Jesse helped us fix several different locks and also did a Section 604 building inspection. We always found him to be prompt, diligent, and responsive. He fixed the problems quickly and communicated with us at every step. When unexpected problems were discovered, he was very honest and objective in giving us advice on whether to make the repair right away. He even inspected other areas of the house we had questions about to tell us whether repairs were necessary. We always found hi knowledgeable and unbiased in his recommendations.

Jesse has the ability respond to any job you ask for. I hired him to redo my kitchen and bathroom but he did more than that. He responded to to other needs in the house. Fixing hardwood floors detecting a leak and fixing it, changing the skylights and windows too. I will hire Jesse again and recommend him to others. He is very helpful and responds very friendly..

I bought the desk and need to be ensemble. I use thumbtack and found him. He actually does bigger job but he was willing to help me n i told him i needed urgent so he came on that day and fix the desk. Highly recommended

Jesse hung a door in our old house. We had a salvage door that presented some issues and he talked us through some good alternatives that worked out great. He also explained various options on a gate that saved us some money. Great experience.

I originally hired Jesse to install a washer and dryer but then also asked him to
build out a couple closets when he told me about his woodworking background and construction business. The closets are good - took way longer than planned but it was pretty good job overall.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I like to get a cost range through verbal communication, after measurements have been taken and the space has been examined, I am usually able to give an estimate that includes labor, material and other costs like permits and dumping fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get a grasp on the scope of the work. Discuss the range of possibilities that can be applied within ones budget. Come up with an effective cost analysis and prioritize the key goals. Through out any project I like checking in about progress and should any issues arise determine with the customer the best course of action .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a carpenter since I was 15. I have had a chance to work and train in many of the trades since then. I always love to learn.
