I hired Team Euro to remodel my newly purchased one bedroom, one bathroom condo. After a discussion with Willem, I thought I had budgeted for them to completely redo everything except the window coverings: gut and replace everything in the kitchen and bath, remove the carpet and replace with hardwood flooring, paint the walls, replace the closet doors, and do many other necessary repairs or replacements.
The end result is exactly as I wanted. However it took six plus months, when seemed too long. And the budget was exceeded.
There were many positives besides the end result. This crew was not only friendly, but talented and always kept the work site neat and clean.

I've contacted Euro Design for a 1-day easy railing project. He promised an estimate and he did not send it. He promised he would do the job and he did not do it. I emailed him multiple times and he did not get back to me. Unreliable.
Team Euro Design & Construction's reply
I did send him an estimate on time on an hourly basis as he wanted it. I scheduled him for the work 2 days later and he refused it.
Very unfair and unrealistic review. I guess some people have never had their team members become ill with the flu as I explained to him.
