Heneghan Developers did some incredible restoration on our wood floors and ceilings. I can't explain how stunning our house looks after their hard work. They also did some paint work for us and we couldn't be happier. Highly Highly recommend.

Frank is an absolute delight to work with - a wonderful person and a gardening expert that is a joy to work with.
Incredibly punctual and diligent into the finest details - He made my difficult garden look amazing within a few hours, provided expert advice and left it remarkably beautiful and a joy to be at.

We were very happy when Frank agreed to build our new deck. He did an excellent job working with the architect to refine and enhance the design. He worked with us on design details that significantly improved the deck. The construction went smoothly and in a timely manner, due in no small part to Frank’s knowledge and attention to detail.
The city inspector that did the final inspection referred to the deck as a “work of art” and it was his pleasure to be the one to sign it off. It was a pleasure working with Frank.

Frank is a very conscientious contractor when it comes to construction. He picks the products he uses carefully, and is very thoughtful of costs. He will discuss the proposed project in detail, and is accurate in estimating cost. No bad surprises here. I would hire him for any project I need
