Introduction: I believe in the transformative power of bliss. The greatest soul medicine is to be found in our blissful, fundamental state. When we bathe ourselves in that self-compassionate bliss, we return to our relationships and world full of joy and confidence. In the practice of meditation, that bliss is there already, from the very first start, like a tiny light, ready to be deeply explored and grown over time into a reliable ally and refuge. The most important qualities of any guide are enthusiasm and skillful understanding gained through long experience. After twenty years of passionately pursuing the development of meditation, I find it harder than ever to pull myself off the seat! I truly enjoy meditating and talking about practice.
