Due to long-term disuse, my air conditioner stopped cooling. So I reached out to Max-HVAC, and they responded quickly. Max came to my place to inspect the old unit and patiently explained how to use a pressure gauge to perform a leak test. Unfortunately, all the refrigerant had leaked out. He then ordered a new unit and replaced it for me. It was a very successful experience — I really appreciated it and enjoyed working with him!
