I called Liu to come out and inspect our AC unit after it started blowing warm air instead of cold. We had already received another quote for over $1,000 from another business and something about it just didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to reach out to another business which was Max Air of Bay Area! Liu was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward from the start. He took the time to explain what was actually going on with our system and never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs.
