We recently had Upgrade Home Services replace our 20+ years old HVAC system. Additionally, the existing air ways/ducts were also configured to work in dual zones. Victor, explained to us the various upgrade options & also recommended one we could choose from. The work was completed within a work day. They were courteous. Victor was so helpful and friendly. We had a heat pump put in by someone else, and he was able to explain the reasons it wasnt working properly and provided a good fix. Excellent.
