Victor came and took such good care of me. My heat had been off for a couple of days and he worked quickly to get it back on and even came back to check everything was okay. Very thoughtful and thorough. I would not hesitate to book this company again in the future. He was also careful to wear shoe booties and clean up after himself.

AC stopped working. Called a couple of vendors. The first that came out tried to upsell me on expensive and turns out unnecessary repairs/rebuild.Victor, from Upgrade Home Services, was the second vendor that came out. Victor and I exchanged a few messages before the appointment. Felt he was always forthright.At the visit he verified that I only needed to replace the capacitor. and promptly replaced it.During the visit for sake of my curiosity I asked various questions and all were answered.Am very grateful and appreciative for the service and most importantly the honesty/integrity.Thank you so much!

I called Upgade Home Services believing there was a leak in our HVAC system. I was able to make an appointment quickly and Victor was able to come out right away. Victor took a look at my leak and explained it was not a HVAC leak. He made additional recommendations to let me know what other issues might be. I appreciate his honesty and will have him back to do the Dryer Vent Cleaning and vent cleaning for the AC/Heating units real soon.
