Hired Upgrade Home Services to install A/C in my home because their quote was transparent and much reasonable than other HVAC vendors in the Bay Area. Victor and his team are very professional. They did great job with installation. I recommend them.

Upgrade Home Services installed Heat Pump for us. Right from 1st contact with Victor to the end of the installation the whole process was professional managed by the Upgrade Home Service team. Besides team being experienced to do the job, the cost as was competitive in the market. Any follow up questions were as well answered and taken care in time. We recently had Upgrade Home Services replace our 20+ years old HVAC system. Additionally, the existing air ways/ducts were also configured to work in dual zones. Victor, explained to us the various upgrade options & also recommended one we could choose from. The work was completed within a work day. They were courteous. Needless to say they are expert professionals in HVAC installations. In short we are extremely satisfied with work done by Victor's team

Victor was very professional and methodical in diagnosing the HVAC unit that was not working as expected. He was able to find the problem and fix it pretty easily. I would highly recommend this company and especially Victor for your HVAC needs.
