FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At One Mission Electric Co. Inc., we believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we take the time to understand your needs before providing an accurate estimate. Whenever possible, we can provide pricing from photos to save you time. If an on-site visit is needed, we're happy to come take a look. Our goal is to provide quality workmanship at a fair price while never cutting corners. We proudly offer discounts for military members, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your project and answering any questions you may have. In many cases, photos allow us to provide an estimate before scheduling a visit. If we need to see the project in person, we'll gladly schedule a convenient time to inspect the work, explain your options, and provide a clear estimate before any work begins. Our goal is to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family electrical construction. I am a licensed California C-10 Electrical Contractor and continually stay up to date with the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical safety standards, and industry best practices. My experience includes troubleshooting, panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, dedicated circuits, remodels, service work, low voltage/data, fire alarm systems, security camera systems, burglar alarm systems, electrical underground excavations, and large commercial projects.
