Thanks for a job well done Henry!
I am Ed, a former Computer Analyst/ Programmer for Kaiser Permanente Southern California and a current home owner. I would like to recommend Henry because of the good work he’s done for me.
Henry is personable, punctual, a good listener a hard worker and very flexible.
He has done work for me in the areas of flooring, plumbing, sink replacement, pest control/removal and crawl space clean up and repair.
What I've noticed about Henry is he does not have an attitude like other handy men who have worked for me. Instead, he is very flexible whenever I change my mind about what or how I want something done. He is willing to talk things through with me. My impression of him is that he's here to solve the problem.
Henry also does work others are not willing to do. I 've had a terrible problem with mice and rats under the house. It was driving me crazy. I had called several others which were hesitant to tackle the problem and Henry handled the problem without complaint. He also repaired the damage the vermin had caused to air conditioning hoses, set baited traps and plugged up holes to keep them out.

Henry is great to work with. Very flexible and responsive. He took care of what we needed and with a great attitude. He completed tasks others seemed too “busy” to do. I would definitely hire him again and have referred him to family. Great competitive pricing too.
