FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained with National Notary Association as a notary signing agent.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
NOTARY: In 2018, I began doing notary work as a side job while working full-time. However, in 2022, I decided to do this full-time because of the flexibility. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: I began this field in 2006 with Riverside Probation. I started as an Office Assistant, promoted to a Probation Assistant/Specialist and ended as a secretary. I enjoy helping others with their clerical/office tasks so they can take care of other responsibilities in their jobs. I love the professionalism of being a secretary and eventually when COVID happened while at my prior job, I began working hybrid. Working hybrid, I saw that I could still assist others with administration needs and be at home. Therefore, the role of working virtually and still performing the skills acquired over the years became appealing. Thus, I am offering my skills to other businesses that need administrative support virtually.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with realtors, signing companies, neighbors in my community, family and friends. I have also worked for various clients that have found my information via my website and have traveled to their locations to help notarize documents.
