Hello I'm Oscar and I'm a USA weightlifting certified coach, and certified personal trainer. My business Supreme Performance Athletics is aimed at just that, superior coaching, results and fun along the way. I've been personal training for over 8 years now, but have been competing in sports and athletic events for over 15 years of my life. Such an amazing trainer/personal trainer. Highkey recommend!!!!10/10 He helped me go from 150lbs to 106 lbs! Most importantly , I maintained that weight off! So if you’re looking for someone who is professional and knowledgeable, you definitely have to sign up with Oscar!

What I like about training at SPA is that everything that is done is explained to you. Which muscle is being targeted, if your form is proper, and the reason for how many repetitions are being done. Everything has a purpose and at SPA there is always an answer.

I only have great things to say about working with Oscar. He is a great trainer from start to finish! You will learn proper techniques and will see the transformation your looking for with hard work and dedication to his plans.
