The day of the event was good they showed up on time although they didn't bring exactly what we asked for they had suitable replacement options. Plenty of props were bright and prints were quick and good quality. Setup was fairly fast as well. What I found lacking was the communication especially when close to the event. The final design wasn't finalized until 2 days before the event and messages weren't sent at all hours of the night.
